BOOCHY BUDDIES CLUB FAQ

  1. Can I change the flavors I receive each month? Yes! Just let us know as much in advance as possible what quantities of which flavors you would like that month. You can email your requests here.

  2. Can I change my shipping address? Yes! E-mail us your new shipping address and we will ship all future packages to that address.

  3. Can I switch from a monthly to an annual subscription/pay for a year in full so that I can start receiving free shipping? Yes! You can switch any time. Login to your Boochy Mama’s account and cancel your monthly subscription, or email us and we can cancel it for you. Then, simply purchase an annual subscription to pick-up where you left off, minus the shipping fees!

  4. Can I cancel my subscription? Yes! You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by logging in to your account and canceling, or by emailing us. To cancel your annual subscription, you will need to email us for a pro-rated refund (your full cost minus the months that have already shipped).

  5. Can I split my subscription with a friend ? If your friend lives locally to you and doesn’t require a separate shipment, then you are most welcome to share your subscription with a friend. We can not split the payments for you.

  6. What if I drink fewer than 12 cans per month? At this time we only offer subscriptions for 12 and 24 cans per month, but we do ship individual 4-packs!

  7. Will you be canning any new flavors? At this time we don’t have plans to can more than our current 4 flavors, but we hope to have more fun launches in the future! If you are in the Toledo area, stop by our Taproom for 4-5 rotating flavors on tap that change every 1-2 weeks!

  8. Can I choose the dates I receive my kombucha? Yes! Just email us your requested delivery dates. You can choose a different date each month based on your consumption. You guessed it, just email us!

  9. Will my Boochy Buddies Club Subscription automatically renew? If you are on a monthly billing plan, your subscription continues on and on! If you have paid for an annual billing plan, you will be emailed to renew your annual purchase at the start of the last month of your subscription.
