SHIPPING

We are unable to accept returns on any consumables: kombucha, tinctures, tea or tonics. However, we will accept returns and exchanges on apparel if they are sent back with no signs of wear, wash, odors or damage. In most circumstances, we cannot compensate for return shipping, nor will your original shipping costs be refunded.

To request a refund or exchange, please email us with your name and order number.

RETURNS

Since we’re a small team, and we ship a lot of refrigerated items with cold packs, we limit our shipping days to once per week (Tuesdays or Wednesdays). You’ll receive a shipping notification as soon as it’s in the mail. Typical transit times for anywhere in the US is 1-3 days, and we ship with UPS or USPS. (Occasionally, FedEx).
