Quantity:
To brew: Put 1 Tbsp. in a pot with 12oz cold water. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 5-10 min. Remove from heat, add milk (or substitute) if desired, and let steep another 10 minutes. Strain, add honey, and enjoy!
