To Brew: Put 1/4 - 1/3 c. of tea in a 32oz jar or French press. fill to the top with just-boiled water, cover, and let steep 20-30 minutes. Strain and add honey if desired. Drink 1/2 c. every few hours throughout the day, or as desired.
