A cozy mocktail to shake off winter's frost…

WINTER WOODS MOCKTAIL

Makes 4 Mocktails

Ingredients:

12oz (1 can) Woodland Bliss Kombucha

2 tsp Vanilla Simple Syrup

(or more to taste for preferred sweetness)

1 tbsp Muddled Juniper

6oz Yerba Mate Tea

(brew hot tea as per manufacturer directions & cool to room temperature, or use canned pre-made yerba mate tea)

Instructions:

  • Mix and shake the muddled juniper, simple syrup and yerba mate tea.

  • Pour through a strainer into a clean jar, and add your kombucha.

  • Gently stir and pour into serving glasses, over ice.

  • Garnish with an orange slice and a sprig of juniper and/or juniper berries!

  • Enjoy!

    *Make it extra fancy with an infusion of wood chip smoke!
